1. Agreement to Terms

By installing the Formeo Shopify application or accessing our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately uninstall the application and discontinue use of the Service.

Formeo is developed, maintained, and operated as part of the Replyeo Labs (https://replyeo.com).

2. Service License & Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and active subscription status, Formeo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to embed and use our 1-click Cash on Delivery order forms, quantity offer widgets, and fraud prevention tools solely on your authorized Shopify stores.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute the source code, Liquid extension blocks, or API infrastructure of Formeo without express written consent from Replyeo.

3. Shopify App Billing & Subscriptions

• Free Forever Tier: Stores on the Forever Free tier receive up to 100 Cash on Delivery orders per calendar month at zero cost.
• Formeo Pro Unlimited: Formeo Pro is available for $7.00/month on a 30-day recurring cycle handled exclusively and securely through Shopify App Billing.
• Order Thresholds: If a merchant exceeds their monthly plan threshold, orders continue processing smoothly; you will simply be prompted to upgrade to keep premium features enabled.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time simply by uninstalling Formeo or downgrading to the Free tier directly inside your Shopify Admin.

4. Merchant Obligations & Acceptable Use

You agree to use Formeo solely for legitimate e-commerce operations. You may not:

• Use the OTP verification service to send unsolicited spam, abusive SMS, or phishing messages.
• Attempt to bypass Shopify's billing rules or manipulate order creation webhooks.
• Sell prohibited or illegal goods as defined by Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

Formeo and Replyeo provide the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. In no event shall Replyeo, its officers, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or courier fees) arising from the use of the Service.
