1. Overview
At Formeo, we want you to be completely confident in the conversion lift and Return-to-Origin (RTO) reduction our application brings to your Shopify store. Because our app billing is processed natively through Shopify's App Subscription Billing API, our refund terms align with standard Shopify Partner guidelines.
2. Free Trial & Free Forever Plan
We provide two risk-free ways to test Formeo before committing to any paid charges:
- Forever Free Plan: Every store can process up to 100 COD orders per month free of charge forever.
- 14-Day Free Trial: Formeo Pro Unlimited ($7/mo) comes with a 14-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial concludes, your account is never billed.
3. Refund Eligibility & Request Process
If you forgot to cancel prior to trial end or experienced an unresolved technical issue that prevented Formeo from working on your theme:
- Submit a refund request to support@replyeo.com within 14 days of the charge appearing on your Shopify invoice.
- Include your
.myshopify.comstore URL and invoice date. - Approved refunds are credited directly back to your Shopify invoice via the Shopify App Billing credit API.
4. Immediate 1-Click Cancellation
You do not need to call or email us to cancel your subscription. Simply navigate to Shopify Admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels → Formeo → Uninstall. All recurring charges cease immediately upon uninstall.
