Question 1

What is Formeo and how does it improve Cash on Delivery?

Accepted Answer

Formeo is the premier Shopify application built specifically for Cash on Delivery (COD) markets. It replaces the slow multi-step Shopify checkout with an instant 1-click modal or embedded form, incorporates tiered quantity discounts, in-form upsells, and verifies phone numbers via WhatsApp/SMS OTP to eliminate fake orders.

Question 2

How does the pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Formeo offers a 100% Free Forever plan with 100 COD orders included every month. For high-volume stores, our Pro Unlimited plan is just $7/month for unlimited orders, unlimited quantity offers, and WhatsApp OTP verification.

Question 3

Do I need to edit my Shopify theme code?

Accepted Answer

No coding is required. Formeo uses Shopify Online Store 2.0 App Embeds. You simply click 'Activate App Embed' in your Shopify theme customizer, and the 1-click COD form is immediately operational.

Question 4

How does Formeo reduce Return-to-Origin (RTO) courier costs?

Accepted Answer

Formeo sends an automated 4-digit verification code directly to the customer's WhatsApp or SMS before placing the order in your Shopify admin. If a customer enters a fake phone number, the order cannot be placed, preventing lost courier delivery fees.

Question 5

What is the relationship between Formeo and Replyeo?

Accepted Answer

Formeo is created, owned, and maintained as part of the Replyeo Ecosystem (replyeo.com). Formeo merchants enjoy enterprise-grade infrastructure, fast server responses, and dedicated customer support at support@replyeo.com.
